We hold quality at the top of our list. This is one of many reasons our clients keep coming back, they can rely on the quality of our translations and work. To do this we have established an internal program: PRIMATUS QUALITY.

This program evaluates each individual translator, editor and proofreader. To join our team they go through extensive testing and evaluations. New translators are assigned long term projects that give an editor sufficient time to evaluate the project.
Once part of the Primatus team, translators, editors and proofreaders have quarterly updates on their performance. Our quality control editors will evaluate every document they edit – by doing this they evaluate the translator and assign a rating to them. We provide feedback to our translators and editors regarding their work and help each other grow in areas needed.
